This historical building in downtown Boulder City sat unused for years, before Dam Roast House hired us to bring some life back into this beauty. This building has loads of character, is bright and cozy, and the perfect place to grab a cup of coffee and a book and enjoy the morning. All of us at Charger love visiting this project frequently.
