The founding owner, Tim, has over 30 years of experience that includes project management with one of the largest and most successful general contractors in the southwest, division manager of an international engineering firms construction management division, and land development manager for one of the country’s largest home builders. Tim directs the strategic planning and business development of the company. Tim earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Supervision and Construction Management from Northern Arizona University in 1988.

We have several Lumberjacks leading the Charger Construction team. Tim graduated from Northern Arizona University in 1988 with a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Supervision and Construction Management, Ryan and Tyler graduated in 2014 and 2016 with bachelor’s degrees in Construction Management, and Kara graduated in 2016 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Finance. Tim and Ryan’s wives, Joelle and Lena, also went to NAU and Tim’s daughter, Brooke, is currently a junior. Go Jacks!
